Made with Nicalizo, Nicaragua beans, this 50% dark milk chocolate is out of this world! The nutty caramel tones of the Nicalizo cacao are ground Maldon sea salt. If you've ever wanted to see what the best dark milk chocolate in the world might taste like... now is the time. Grab this bar before it's gone! What is a "Dark Milk Chocolate"? Dark milk chocolate is a chocolate that has the cacao percentage of a lighter dark chocolate but with whole milk powder added. These milky creamy tones grind with the dark chocolate and make a sort of hybrid flavor profile. One very important thing to note is that the milk takes up about 17% of the space the sugar would normally fill. So this chocolate has the sugar content of a 67% dark chocolate. MUCH darker than a traditional store-bought milk chocolate.
