This is a blend of every cacao bean we have ever worked with. We lost count but it's definitely close to 30 different origins in this one bar of chocolate. This is a one-time bar, we won't be able to do this again. Every sample we have received over the last 8 years, all the remaining beans we mixed together and roasted into one Crazy Blend 90% bar. Tons of different flavors, and a brighter 90% than usual. Extremely interesting in flavor profile.
