Asian Pears are poached and puree'd. Perfected brown butter is infused into the caramel recipe and blended with the pear puree, lastly the brown butter and asian pear caramel is spiked with Suntory Whiskey Toki. Suntory Whiskey makes the most insane caramel you have ever tried!
