This is our award-winning caramel blended with freshly made browned grass-fed butter and artfully crafted to mimic the flavors of creme Brûlée!!! Basically we pushed this caramel to it's limit, and it has those yummy burnt caramel tones without tasting actually burnt of course. It's FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! One of the best caramels we have ever done to date for sure.
