How do you keep the chocolate cold during shipment?
We use no-sweat ice packs sealed in insulation and surrounded by padding to make sure the chocolate is not only cold, but safely padded. We quickly ship to you and always provide tracking info and recommend being present when the package arrives to avoid the package sitting outside in the elements.
 
Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.
 
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in USD.
 
What are your shipping options and how long will it take?
United States: Expedited Shipping, 1-2 business days
 
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
 
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
 
I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Stone Grindz Chocolate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Stone Grindz Chocolate will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
