The origin project is a very special undertaking. We are sourcing in 36 different cacao beans from 36 different cacao farms around the world. We will be presenting each bean as a lightly roasted 70%, medium roasted 70%, and a medium roasted 85%. When you purchase a bar, or all three, we will include with your order Chocolate Homework, where you will analyze the flavor profile and pleasurability according to your palate. This should be fun!
