Made with our 50/50 blend of cacao from Ecuador and Peru, this 80% dark chocolate is out of this world! We ground this bar with hand-roasted organic California almonds and black lava salt. It tastes like an almond butter-infused dark chocolate with such a beautiful salt flavor. It is so heavenly. The almond butter gives it a luscious texture that is to be desired in a bar this dark. Overly salty

I don’t understand all the good reviews on this bar. I like salt with my chocolate, but this was overly salty, overpowering the taste of chocolate. Very disappointing. Additionally, I know the nutrition label is wrong. I’ve had salty chocolate that rightly lists the sodium at over 100 mg/28gm serving but this is listed at 34 mg per 28.5 g and that’s incorrect.
