A 90% bar made from super chocolatey Esmeraldas, and Nicalizo Nicaragua cacao beans and vanilla bean! Earthy, chocolate, nutty, very smooth, and heavily conched. Not much bitterness left at all, very yummy indeed with a wonderful vanilla tone :)

Why can’t all chocolate taste this good? I live part time in Italy and pass through Paris on my way and for the life of me, I can’t seem to find a bar I love as much. In fact, I take a dozen with me when I go abroad. I would love if you could keep 90% on hand for those of us teetering near the type 2 border line. Thank you!

Why can’t all chocolate taste this good? I live in Italy and pass through Paris to get there and I can’t seem to find anything that comes close. To me, everything else tastes chalky and acidic.
