WE JUST WON GOLD FOR THIS FLAVOR AT THE INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS IN NEW YORK CITY!!! We are beyond thrilled about this news as this is the first gold medal we have ever won for a ganache-based truffle and it's just a true honor. This is Kasey's creation so make sure to congratulate her on WINNING GOLD!!!

Our handmade 70% couverture blend coats a handmade dark chocolate ganache blended with a fresh blueberry puree and infused with fresh cardamom. Blueberry and cardamom are quickly becoming our favorite flavors in dark chocolate! Amazing! You have to try this one. We are sending this batch in as one of our entries for the International Chocolate Awards this year! :)
