We took our handmade white chocolate and blended it and infused it with ceremonial grade matcha! We whipped the ganache together with grass-fed butter and organic heavy cream and a pinch of madagascar bourbon vanilla bean. If you're a matcha lover this is a MUST TRY. Steven said it's his new all time favorite truffle that we've made... it really is that good.
