Made with our 50/50 blend of cacao from Ecuador and Peru, this 70% dark is so outstanding we know you'll be back for more! We blended this bar with sweet bourbon-coated pecans and topped the back with freshly dried dark cherries. It might be one of the best bars we have ever made, Steven & Kasey can't stop eating it!

This is one of my favorite bars! The chocolate is so smooth and the cherries and pecans complement each other so well!

I love this bar and have gotten friends hooked on it as well. It's perfectly balanced with the chocolate, cherries, and pecans all working together without one overpowering the other. The pecans add a nice texture to keep it interesting. Highly recommend!

I recently tried the Wild Bolivia bar at a wine and chocolate tasting. Loved it, so bought some for gifts. Bourbon pecan and cherry sounded good so added it to my order. Oh my! It is fantastic. The tart cherry with the richness of the chocolate is amazing. I will definitely be trying more of your flavors.
