Every since I tasted this little piece of heaven, I ask the poor guy at the farmer’s market every week if he has more. He tries his best to provide alternatives, which are also all great, but my heart knows what it wants. More please! This may seem like a strange combo but the spice from the ginger is perfect against the sweetness of the chocolate.

I don't necessary enjoy most coconut flavored sweets, but even I like this bar and he loves it!
Not your typical bar. If you want something delicious for a little change up of you routine, this is the bar. If you are concerned about the ginger being too overpowering, it's not overpowering, great balance.
I just keep coming back to this beautiful bar. The lemongrass is so subtle but really sends this bar over the top. The ginger is just enough to be pleasing to all palates. I wouldn’t be mad if this bar was so gingery it was spicy, but that’s not the case. It’s delicate with the slightest mocha-y note in the back to almost puzzle your senses and keep you coming back for more. ...And I do.
