This company is so great. I was worried the chocolate I ordered would arrive melted because it's been a hot summer but they packaged it so carefully with ice packs so it was perfect. This ginger is my personal favorite but I have tried them all and they really are the best chocolate I've had!

My Favorite Chocolate Bar
The coconut milk with ginger is my absolute favorite bar of chocolate. I typically lean to a darker chocolate, but the chocolate itself is so smooth and creamy in this bar and the candied ginger adds just enough of a spicy kick to make the flavors almost addictive.

Every since I tasted this little piece of heaven, I ask the poor guy at the farmer’s market every week if he has more. He tries his best to provide alternatives, which are also all great, but my heart knows what it wants. More please! This may seem like a strange combo but the spice from the ginger is perfect against the sweetness of the chocolate.

Not your typical bar. If you want something delicious for a little change up of you routine, this is the bar. If you are concerned about the ginger being too overpowering, it's not overpowering, great balance.

Quite possibly my favorite flavor
I just keep coming back to this beautiful bar. The lemongrass is so subtle but really sends this bar over the top. The ginger is just enough to be pleasing to all palates. I wouldn’t be mad if this bar was so gingery it was spicy, but that’s not the case. It’s delicate with the slightest mocha-y note in the back to almost puzzle your senses and keep you coming back for more. ...And I do.

Not a lingering bitter taste that some have. The ginger is just the right amount to make the bar “spicy”, and I liked the chunks of ginger through out. Definitely a good find.
