They have a different style of fermentation that yields an interesting citrus tone to the finished chocolate. We give this bar a light roast and light conche to allow the unique flavors to shine through.

I worked for StoneGrindz Chocolate and I know how much knowledge and passion Steven and Kasey put in their business. I live in the other part of the country and now as a customer I can share that I still love all StoneGrindz chocolate.
In the 70% the Ambanjia Madagascar is my favorite. You taste fruity with red fruits predominant however you have nutty notes too, everything with a pleasant acidity. Buonissima!! GREAT JOB

Fruity, creamy!!

Like all of your chocolates, this is absolutely delicious. The hint of citrus definitely comes through, and while that is not my personal favorite flavor profile it’s not holding me back from doing a dance of dark, creamy chocolaty joy!!!
