Super chocolate.

Was rather pleased to how delicious this chocolate was. Normally with the 85% and higher bars, the taste can be too rich and overwhelming. Not the case here. Would definitely buy again when I restock with Stone Grindz.

Great chocolate. It is amazing that there is so much difference in taste between different coco producing regions. All very good in there own way.

Truly one of the best bars of chocolate I adore this chocolate so much - one of my absolute favorites. Well I do love the bitterness of higher percentages (80-85 is my go to). This one is unique - it’s high percentage, and yet, so smooth, not that bitter, and layered with flavor.

One of my favorites - my chocolate collection is not complete without one or two bars of Hacienda Victoria 85%

Bad batch I have ordered many times from StoneGrindz and the bars are always very good. This time the 2 bars were inedible. I think someone had accidentally put a hot spice of some sort in that batch. I tried both bars to see if they were both affected. They both caused my mouth to burn and I was choking. I spit them both out.

It’s a stocking stuffer

Always the best!! StoneGrindz has been our go to for chocolate since the beginning! The only chocolate my health people will eat and now wowing all of our friends by gifting them with the truffles - almost too beautiful to eat!!

My favorite chocolate One of my favorite things to do as I travel across the USA and around the world is look for local chocolate. This is how I found StoneGrindz on a Christmas trip to Arizona. The Hacienda Victoria 85% is truthfully my favorite chocolate I have found so far. I will enjoy this as a treat quite frequently but that will not deter me from my quest as things open back up and I am able to travel more again.

The best chocolate bar produced in the USA This is absolutely the best chocolate bar made in the United States. I love chocolate, so much so that I've spent weeks in Europe just traveling place to place in search of great chocolate. Normally I stick to 88-100%, which is easy with the amazing chocolate available out of France, but this 85% is superb. It's every bit as good as the best bars from Jean-Paul Hevin and Arnaud Lahrer. It's better than any bar I've had from Patrick Roger, across multiple years and harvests. It's better than anything I've had from Michel Cluizel, save for maybe his 99% ganache. Forget Lindt, Green & Black, Vosges, Madecasse, Alter Eco etc. I've tried them all and too many more to list, they're not even in the same ballpark. Akesson makes a fantastic bar but not quite this good. This Hacienda Victoria bar isn't just Arizona good, or USA good, it's world-class good and rivals the best bars I've ever had from multiple MOF's out of France.

This is one of the best bars I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something (I probably averaged 1 single origin bar/week last year). It’s super smooth and pleasantly sweet for an 85%
