STUFFT is our stuffed chocolate bar: a thick shell of our own dark chocolate, made from the bean, filled with layers we build by hand. Ganache, caramel, nut butters, crunch. A new one comes out with most Thursday releases, and it often sells out within the week. What’s inside a STUFFT bar? It changes every week. Recent ones: Gianduja Roche, with hazelnut butter ganache and light-roasted hazelnuts; Espresso Martini, with an espresso liqueur ganache under a white chocolate espresso crema; and Coconut Almond Dream.
