Shipping policy

We ship every order on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so your box never spends a weekend sitting in a warm sorting facility. Orders placed later in the week head out the next Tuesday.

We ship with USPS. Most of the country gets it in 2 days, and a few places take 3. You'll see your delivery estimate at checkout, before you pay.

Every box ships cold, all year: an insulated liner and ice packs, even in January. Shipping is free on orders over $65. Under that, it's a flat $12.50, which covers the liner and ice packs too.

Sending a gift? Put their address in as the shipping address at checkout.

In the Phoenix area? Choose free market pickup and grab your order from us at a Saturday farmers market.
