Well goodness we just can't miss this week. This might be one of the best dang weeks for chocolate we have ever had. Everything is so unique and came together seamlessly... don't you just love when that happens. We wanted to try something super unique and you get the jasmine green tea notes which add floral aspects, the acidity from the black currant, and then we did this in a white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mixed ganache so we could balance it and make sure the black currant wasnt too tart or odd tasting (it gets a little weird if we leave it too dark with something that doesnt carry its own sweetness)... this is SO GOOD.
