WE WON GOLD FOR THIS FLAVOR AT THE INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE AWARDS IN NEW YORK CITY in 2021!!! So we are bringing this flavor back to showcase flavors that we have won with in the past.

Our handmade 70% couverture blend coats a handmade dark chocolate ganache blended with a fresh blueberry puree and infused with fresh cardamom. Blueberry and cardamom are quickly becoming our favorite flavors in dark chocolate! Amazing! You have to try this one. We are sending this batch in as one of our entries for the International Chocolate Awards this year! :)
