*NOTE* We updated our caramel recipe. We noticed a couple of our caramel batches in the last few months have recrystallized and we apologize for that. This one should be SILKY smooth :)

We made some freshly browned grass-fed butter (soooo good) and we infused this browned butter into our award winning caramel recipe with fleur de sel(sea salt). We then spiked this caramel with TOKARA brandy our friend Mark (the chocolate savant) gave us and it's absolutely WONDERFUL. The intense brown butter tones are just to die for. Don't miss out on this one. All coated in our award winning 70% dark chocolate with vanilla bean.
