Our award winning 55% cappuccino dark chocolate is topped with a homemade a gluten-free shortbread streusel (trust me this tastes as good or better than if it wasn't gluten-free we have been working on this for a while), brown sugar, and cinnamon! This bar is one of the best bars we have made this year so far!!!
