An absolute FAVORITE! Our handmade 70% couverture blend coats a handmade caramel infused with smooth Suntory Toki Japanese whiskey. This whiskey is Steven's favorite. It is smokey, slightly floral, and has inherent caramel tones and all of this comes through so well in this caramel! We also burned off a bit more of the whiskey this time around so you don't get that slightly harsh alcohol feeling on the back end. Perfection!
