Inspired this week by global desserts we are looking to Italy for some inspiration for this one. A handmade dark chocolate ganache infused with pistachio butter! This reminds us of a fresh creamy silky smooth chocolate pistachio gelato from Italy. We then coated this incredible ganache in our award-winning 70% dark chocolate couverture with vanilla bean. A must-try!

Soothing Comfort

This truffle, when first put in my mouth, it just melts beautifully and I found it so soothing and comforting! The flavors are just enough for you to enjoy the pistachio and I swear there's a hint of cherry flavor. Outstanding truffle! Can't wait till you make it again!
