-MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH COLLECTION-
For this Mother's Day limited release, we wanted to bring flavors that would pair exremely well with a Mother's Day Brunch! A handmade dark chocolate ganache infused with a raspberry puree and an organic Rosé wine gives the ganache such a creamy smooth texture and a very pure taste of raspberries is created from our single-origin Ecuadorian chocolate. The raspberry gives the ganache a beautiful chocolatey and fruity tone and blended with Rosé the flavor is out of this world! All coated in our handmade 70% couverture with organic vanilla bean.
