A brand new caramel flavor!! We wanted to do something with saffron and WOW did we nail this one. We made a grass-fed kerrygold butter caramel with saffron infused organic heavy cream, peach puree, and browned it so that it mimics the flavor of creme brulee... my goodness this is wildly yummy.
