We took a all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla bean dark chocolate ganache and layered that with a Maldon Sea Salt apple puree infused grass-fed butter caramel to make this the ULTIMATE brown butter infused exerpience. We only use grass-fed Kerrygold butter for our caramels. The best of the best! Don't miss this one!!
