The lunchbox favorite grew a chocolate shell. Inside this extra-thick handmade bar, oatmeal cookie meets a sweet vanilla cream layer. brown sugar and molasses give the cookie its deeper sweetness, with cinnamon and nutmeg bringing a little warmth. All that familiar oatmeal cream pie goodness, tucked into one very generously filled chocolate bar.
