Made with our 50/50 blend of cacao from Ecuador and Peru, this 80% dark chocolate is out of this world! We ground this bar with hand-roasted organic California almonds and black lava salt. It tastes like an almond butter-infused dark chocolate with such a beautiful salt flavor. It is so heavenly. The almond butter gives it a luscious texture that is to be desired in a bar this dark. The bars I bought were awesome. I shared with my partner and he thought due to your name that the bars would be gritty but I assured him they were smooth. He loved them too. We are big fans and not new to single origin chocolate. Yours is superb!
