Our 70% dark, made from a 50/50 blend of Ecuadorian and Peruvian cacao, with bourbon-coated pecans and dried dark cherries on the back.
Ingredients
- Fair Trade Peruvian cacao beans, Fair Trade Ecuadorian cacao beans, organic unrefined cane sugar, organic cacao butter, bourbon pecans (bourbon, sugar, cinnamon, canola oil), freshly dried dark cherries.
Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan friendly. Contains pecans (a tree nut).
How it tastes
This is one of my favorite bars! The chocolate is so smooth and the cherries and pecans complement each other so well!

One of my favorite inclusion bars!
I love this bar and have gotten friends hooked on it as well. It's perfectly balanced with the chocolate, cherries, and pecans all working together without one overpowering the other. The pecans add a nice texture to keep it interesting. Highly recommend!

Our distributor lab-tested the cacao beans we use, and they came back extremely low in heavy metals.

We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with USPS, so your chocolate never sits in a warehouse over the weekend. Most places get it in 2 days, a few take 3.
