Our take on the Dubai bar that took over everyone’s feed. We grind 85% dark chocolate from Peruvian and Ecuadorian cacao beans, then fill it with pistachio cream imported from Sicily that’s 45% pistachio, white chocolate, toasted pistachio oil and kataifi we toast ourselves. We tested a lot of fillings before we landed on this one.
