This is a Very Limited Batch only 60 bars will be made for now as we are using samples to make different roasts/percentages. If you take part in this project, please

A 90% bar made from super chocolatey Esmeraldas, and Nicalizo Nicaragua cacao beans and vanilla bean! Earthy, chocolate, nutty, very smooth, and heavily conched. Not much bitterness left at all, very yummy indeed with a wonderful vanilla tone :)
