100% Raw cacao powder from Peru. This cacao powder is unprocessed and a much lighter color than the cacao powder you will find at the store which is over roasted and processed with alkali. We still use this powder at a 1/1 ratio to store bought varieties, but what you will find is that not only is this far more antioxidant rich and more nutrient dense overall, but it has such a beautiful dense dutch cocoa flavor.
