Dairy-Free Chocolate

Every one of our everyday bars is dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Our single-origin bars have three ingredients: cacao beans, organic cane sugar and organic cacao butter. That’s the whole list. The two creamy ones, Cappuccino 55% and Crystallized Ginger 55%, get their silky melt from finely ground coconut instead of milk. Is dark chocolate always dairy-free? Not always. Some dark chocolate has milk fat or milk powder in it, so read the ingredient list. Every one of our bars lists its full ingredients on its page. Are your truffles dairy-free? Our ganache truffles are usually made with organic coconut oil, and their pages say dairy-free when they are. Our caramels are made with grass-fed butter and organic cream.
